We need your help!

For our auction to raise as much for our students as possible, we need your help spreading the word. Use the email template below to quickly share the auction with people in your network. Share this with neighbors, friends, family, and coworkers.

Remember that people feel good when they support the education of our students, and the auction is a way to do that while also purchasing items they might already plan on buying. If you have any questions, reach out to us at any time.

Hi friends and family,

I wanted to ask you to consider placing a bid or two in my school’s online auction, open now until May 3 at 4:30pm. Every dollar raised by the Friends of Roxhill Elementary auction helps our students—we call them “Roxstars”—get the supplies and experiences they need to thrive. Here’s the auction link.

Bidding is easy! Pick an item, enter the “Max Bid” you’re willing to pay, and then the website will bid for you in set increments. If you’re the top bidder, you win!

Here are just some of the items in the auction:

Tickets to sports, movies, and music! UW Football with VIP tailgate, Sounders, Junction FC, Rhodies FC, SIFF, and Kenyon Hall
Fun activities for your family: Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Aquarium, Museum of Flight, MoPOP, rock climbing, and roller skating
Camps & birthday parties for kids: Dance classes, art and music classes, art and music camps, and even a circus birthday party!
Self-care for you and your loved ones: Yoga passes, fitness classes, spas, and coaching
Date Nights and Food: Pizza, bakeries, coffee, Junction Wine Walk, charcuterie, mead tasting, paint & sip date
Stuff you need! Burien Bark, West Seattle Nursery, Pegasus and Third Place Books, landscaping, car servicing, home cleaning, website consulting
Fund a need: You can also donate directly to help us pay for playground soccer goals and our Kings & Queens student empowerment club.
