November First Friday Walking Schoolbus
November 6 @ 7:20 am – 7:55 am
November 6th is First Friday Walking School Bus! November’s theme will kick off our schoolwide celebration of Ruby Bridges with the question: Who is a hero in our Roxhill community?
Join the walking school bus at the southwest corner of SW Holden & 24th at 7:20 to walk to Roxhill together, reading I Am Ruby Bridges along the way. OR meet in the cafeteria before school to eat red beans & rice (Ruby Bridge’s favorite food) and create a mural to celebrate the heroes in our school community!
On the first Friday of each month, you can join the walking school bus up SW Holden toward Roxhill at 7:20, then celebrate a monthly theme in the cafeteria before school.
