Policy Overview
Immigration enforcement agents will not be granted access to school buildings unless SPS legal counsel is able to verify a judicial warrant.
[Staff will] not provide any information about an individual student, family member, or SPS employee.
Important community note: If anyone asks you for information about a student or staff member, do not answer them. You have a right to NOT talk to any law enforcement official.
