Welcome back, RoxStars!

Image shows Roxhill Elementary, a brick building with large windows and a tree and flagpole in front.

The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting cooler, which means it’s almost time to go back to school! This week, new Roxhill kindergartners are getting to know their teachers and each other at Kindergarten Jump Start. Staff at all grade levels are getting ready to welcome students back to the building to kick off another great year at Roxhill.

Read on to learn about ways to connect with the Roxhill community as the year gets started.

Back-to-School Fundraiser

Did you know that teachers at Roxhill spend their own money on classroom supplies, snacks for hungry students, and even field trips?  We’re kicking off the year with a fundraiser to help cover classroom needs.

Last year, donations supported trips to Seattle Children’s Theater, the end-of-year field day celebration, and countless classroom supplies such as materials for science projects, new books, and headphones to help students focus.

We’re more than 70% of the way to our $4000 goal! Can you help us close the gap?
