Support Roxhill teachers with 2026 the Back-to-School Fundraiser

Classroom Teacher Support Fund

To ensure every student has equitable access to high-quality supplies, Roxhill Elementary school provides all basic materials for every student. Families are not asked provide any classroom supplies such as notebooks, folders, pencils, markers, tape, glue, scissors, tissues, paper towels, etc.

However, Seattle Public Schools does not provide enough money to meet the full needs of our classrooms. That’s why Friends of Roxhill provides each teacher at our school with classroom support to provide a rich learning environment for every student.

Last year, donations supported multiple trips to to Seattle Children’s Theater, the end-of-year field day celebration, and smaller items such as materials for science projects, new books, and headphones to help students focus.

Our teachers shouldn’t have to spend their own money to provide basic materials and experiences for their classrooms. Your donation goes directly to our teachers to invest in student learning.

Since Roxhill doesn’t ask families for any back-to-school items, we ask families who are able to consider a back-to-school donation within their means:

  • $25: Covers one student
  • $100: Covers a table group
  • $450: Covers one whole class!
